The quickest way to narrow down kids electric ride-ons is battery voltage, because it follows how old and how steady the driver needs to be. As a rough guide, a 12V machine is sized for toddlers on flat paths, 24V gives primary school kids enough pace to be fun, and 36V is built for older children on rough, uneven ground. We carry the 24V and 36V classes, plus a balance bike for the youngest riders. Every machine here is for private property, not footpaths or roads.

The Haul 22 ride-on truck is a 24V two seater with space for a friend; it drives through the rear wheels, brakes electrically and has a low-speed setting for learners. Older kids can move up to the Trail 36 electric quad bike, a 36V machine with a steel frame and a rear disc brake that goes further on a charge than the Haul 22. For the youngest, the Glide 225 balance bike has no motor at all, just a magnesium frame a two-year-old can lift and five seat heights. Delivery is free across Australia and New Zealand.
