How things ship

The Glide Balance Bike and the Roam charger ship in normal boxes by courier, usually within three working days.

The Haul 22 and the Trail 36 ship on a freight pallet. That adds a flat $150 to the order, charged once however many palletised items you buy. The carrier calls to arrange a delivery window, and the pallet is left kerbside, so plan for a second pair of hands.

Returns

You have 30 days. The item has to be unridden and back in its original packaging.

The $150 freight charge is not refunded. It covers the cost of getting the pallet to you, and that cost is already spent by the time a return is raised. We say so on the product page, in the cart, and again at checkout, so it is never a surprise.

Damage

Photograph the pallet before you sign for it. If something arrives broken, send us the photos within 48 hours and we will replace it.
